Refund Policy#

Digital Products#

Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded.

Exceptions#

We will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
  • The product file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot provide a working replacement
  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded the product (in compliance with EU consumer rights for digital content)

How to Request a Refund#

Email igor@zubiaurre.es with:

  • Your order number or payment receipt
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond within 48 hours and process approved refunds within 5 business days.

EU Consumer Rights#

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital content purchased online. However, this right expires once the download/access begins, provided you gave prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
