Rise Ruatha! ("we", "us") sells digital products — guides, templates, and toolkits — through this website and third-party platforms (Payhip).

By purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Products#

  • All products are digital downloads (PDF, Markdown, or editable document formats).
  • Products are delivered electronically immediately after payment.
  • Products are for personal or internal business use. You may not resell or redistribute them.

Pricing#

  • All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Purchases already completed are not affected.

Payment#

  • Payments are processed securely through Payhip and Stripe.
  • We do not store your payment details.

Intellectual Property#

  • All content is © Igor Zubiaurre unless otherwise stated.
  • Templates and checklists may be adapted for your internal use.
  • You may not claim authorship of the content or resell it in any form.

Limitation of Liability#

  • Products are provided for informational and educational purposes.
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using our products.
  • Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law#

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
